Effective date: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information North Tarrant Water Damage (“we”) collects through this website, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you submit the form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, ZIP code, city, the type of problem, and any details you write.
How we use it
- We send your request to an independent local water damage restoration or mold remediation company so they can contact you.
- We keep a copy of each request in our website’s private admin area, so a request isn’t lost if an email fails to send.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Once a company receives your request, their own privacy practices apply to how they use it.
Phone calls
When you call the phone number on this site, the call is forwarded to an independent local company through our phone provider (Twilio). The provider keeps a basic log of the call, such as the calling number, the time, and how long it lasted, which we use to see how many people call. We don’t record calls. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy first and you’ll hear an announcement at the start of the call.
Technical information
- To limit spam, the form uses a one-way fingerprint of your IP address to count recent submissions. The IP address itself is not stored with your request.
- Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
- This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep requests only as long as needed to handle them and keep basic business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a request you submitted. Contact us at [email protected].
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above.
